Kids That Matter Prep Nights
There is a lot of love, thought, and intentionally that goes into everything in our kids classrooms on Sundays! One day a month we gather to prep all our curriculum and crafts for all classrooms for the upcoming month. You might not want to serve in KTM with our kids but still want to be involved and serve in some way! This is the perfect thing for you, or anyone really! We would love to see you at some, or any, of these dates to help us prepare for our kids to learn about the Love of Jesus!

Kids Camp - July 12-15th
It’s time! For the best thing of the summer! Kids camp 2024 registration is open now. For all current 3rd-5th grade kids! July 12th-15th we will be at CrossTimbers camp in Davis, Oklahoma for mission adventure camp! Along with all the crazy camp fun and games we will get to learn from missionaries from all over! Camp is an amazing time that can be a mile marker in your kids faith journey! We would love for your kids to come with us to camp!! Mother’s Day - May 12th
Mom’s work so hard and do so much for us, and we cannot wait to celebrate them on Sunday, May 12th for Mother’s Day! We know it’s easy to get overwhelmed, overstimulated, and even frustrated sometimes as a mom and that’s why we’re going to have a custom “rage room” on site that morning. Yes, you heard me right….. a rage room. Mom will get a chance to take out some of that frustration on some old appliances and glassware. We’ll be giving away an awesome spa day package to one mom in each of our Worship Encounters valued at over $300. This will include a manicure and pedicure for two, lunch for two, and a gift card! Begin inviting any moms you know who don’t currently have a church home to be apart of Mother’s Day with CTM at 9:00 or 10:45 am on Sunday, May 12th.
Movement Summer Camp
Summer Camp 2024 is July 28th-August 1st!!! All 6th-12th Grade students for the 23-24 school year will spend 5 days away from the normal routines of our lives. We will have intentional time of worship, messages from God’s word, dedicated small group times, and crazy fun from our Game Master. We have seen God do some incredible things in the MVMT, but Summer Camp can be a mile marker in their faith. Cost of camp is $225 and you can register TODAY. You can either pay the full amount or a deposit that will reserve your spot. We know that the best is always yet to come and we can not wait to spend the best 5 days of your student’s summer with them!
House Church Salsa Contest - May 5th
We’ll be hosting our House Church salsa contest all morning long in the lobby on Sunday, May 5th. That’s right, our House Churches will be competing for the coveted title of Salsa Champion and we ALL get to reap the benefits. Enjoy some salsa before and after Worship Encounters that day and vote for the House Church you believe should be crowned the salsa champions. We’ll see you then!
MVMT Coffee Shop Fundraiser - May 10th
We believe that we are called to live and be on mission for the kingdom of heaven! So because of that belief, the movement is taking two different student teams on mission trips this summer. We have one team leaving in June to go to Ruston Louisiana to help lead a summer camp for special needs students and we have another team going to Nicaragua in July to support the local missionary team there by continuing to love the kids that are in their care daily at Club Esperanza.These trips are going to be incredible! However these trips are not free to go on. With that being said we are having a fundraising event on Friday, May 10 at the box, that you don’t want to miss. That night for the very first time you will get to experience, The Movement Coffee shop. Our coffee shop is being sponsored by Boulder coffee so I promise the drinks are going to be amazing! You can purchase your coffee and one or 10 of the awesome baked goods that will be filling the lobby. Please put this date on your calendar And come support our mission teams from 6 to 9 PM on Friday, May 10. There are three specific ways you can help us with this. First and foremost be praying for our teams that are going on these trips. This is going to be an incredible experience, but it is also going to be, the first time that many of us have been on any kind of mission trip. Come support and hang out with our team during at tge coffee shop.Lastly we are looking for people to donate baked goods. so if you have a gift for making sweet delicious treats please consider making some of those dessert items or baked goods for our coffee shop fundraiser, I know that this is a lot of information so if anybody has any questions, please feel free to email Kyle henderson@churchthatmatters.com and he would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about this event. Newcomer’s Lunch - May 19th
